amy asked me to make her wedding cake. what a brave soul. she got the idea for the design from a magazine and i went with it. i thought it was very unique and simple just what amy wanted. it tasted even better. golden almond cake with dark chocolate ganache and chocolate cake with white chocolate mousse. i was a wreck all week but it couldn't have turned out more delicious.

It was yummy, wish I had more! I love your almond cake! And it looked Absolutely Fabulous! I guess is Dentistry doesn't work out for Andrew you can go for a cake company! :O)
